Fox publishes its two Washington license numbers on its own site, and both file under UBI 604833538 — the same legal entity as BelRed and Gene Johnson, whose record on that UBI names Apex Pacific Region Holdco LLC as a principal. That is registry-level ownership evidence rather than an inference from branding. Fox states it has served Seattle, Kent, Mercer Island, Bellevue and King County since 1964; it makes no ownership statement of its own. The Apollo minority investment in Apex announced in May 2026 applies here as it does to the other Apex brands.
