What this pilot covers
- 19 hand-researched businesses in the Bellevue area. That is a curated pilot, not a census, and it was not drawn by a published sampling rule — so it is not a statistical sample either.
- Absence is not a finding. Many licensed WA HVAC and plumbing contractors serving this area are not listed. A company missing from this page has not been assessed, cleared, or flagged.
